Bostock was a French invention, a necessity, a creative way of selling a day-old brioche bread. But rest assured, there is nothing day-old in our Bostocks! We bake a brioche loaf just for the purpose of slicing and making Bostocks.

A thick slice of brioche is drizzled with syrup, slathered with a layer of fruit jam (typically strawberry, blueberry or apricot), topped with a generous layer of made-from-scratch almond cream (eggs, sugar, butter, almond flour), and sprinkled with sliced blanched almonds. Then it's baked to perfection - until almond cream turns beautiful latte shade. Freshly baked Bostocks are lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar to make them even prettier!
